Strategic Statement: In terms of inter-personal communications and employee relations, what are your limits?
Sample Response: There are two instances that I find most difficult: 1) When the person has a fixed and unmoveable agenda. 2) When it becomes clear that my opinion does not matter and that the individual is not really interested in any kind of alternate perspective, insight or feedback.
