Strategic Statement: Risk is generally seen as a liability. Risk-takers are unpredictable.

Sample Response: The only time I ever take a risk is after I have made certain that the health/well-being of my workplace and fellow-employees is not put to question. Taking a risk is a personal gamble, and represents some degree of the unknown. I prefer, instead,  to operate from a knowledgeable foundation. I understand the folksy wisdom behind, “You’ll never know if you don’t try,” however I feel that the sentiment has very limited applications in the workplace. Instead, I believe in “Don’t try it until you know!”
