Strategic Statement: Does humor have a place in the workplace? If so, what is it?
Sample Response: I use humor to good purpose as a tool to diffuse a tense situation. I have found that humor is not a proper vehicle through which to instruct or relay vital information. It works at bringing people together, establishing a mood, or taking a ‘break in the action’, but when it comes to business and things that matter, humor can work against you.
