Strategy Statement:

The interviewer wants to know how you manage your own business relationships, and what you consider important in maintaining that relationship.

Sample Response:

The key ingredients are being as knowledgeable about your customer as you are about what services you are offering. If you are lax on either of those ingredients, the client is going to immediately detect it, and feel that you are either uncommitted to your product or uncaring about your clients. Either sentiment can destroy a business relationship.
