Strategy Statement: How creative are you, and to what extent does that creativity apply to your workplace habits?
Sample Response:I am a detail-oriented person. I operate most efficiently from lists. However, the time comes when lists have to be put aside. For me, I have to actually do that... clearing off my desk/workstation of all lists and starting with that most daunting thing of all...a clean pad of paper.
I know the necessity of creative and innovative thinking, and that re-thinking is required to breathe new-life into approaches, procedures and projects. When I need to get into this mode-of-thought, I force the perspective by altering my comfort zone and workspace.
