Rental prices - Craigslist

Here is one idea: Craigslist provides a pretty flexible RSS streaming for most of the ads. By parsing their RSS, one can calculate, say, average rental price for a 3-bedroom for any given area, down to a particular town or a district, with any parameters that Craigslist allows in the RSS URL. Which makes that RSS stream kind of an API actually.
