This used to be the “What are your weaknesses?” question, and the interviewee needs to make certain that the response contains positives.

Sample Response:

I feel that I can always improve in my fully understanding all the complexities of customer relations. Actually, it is an area that I hope I never sit back and consider myself done with. Improvement is ongoing, just as is the case with learning. I improve every day, and see opportunities for improvement as one of the things that motivates me through the workday/workweek.
